Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of all your personal data from CSquare360 in two ways:
Option 1: From Your Account
- Log in to your CSquare360 account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion
All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to: manjunathhhhh@gmail.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your registered email address
- Your business name (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to delete all data
We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once complete.
What Gets Deleted
- All personal information (name, email, phone)
- All leads and contacts stored in your CRM
- All messages and conversation history
- All connected social media tokens
- All analytics and tracking data
- Your account and login credentials
Disconnect Meta Integration Only
If you only want to disconnect Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp):
- Settings → Integrations
- Click "Disconnect" next to Meta
- All Meta-related data will be removed within 7 days
