2. Service Description

CSquare360 provides customer relationship management software including lead capture, WhatsApp/Instagram automation, appointment booking, and analytics services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18+ years old to use this service
• One person/business per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate WhatsApp/Instagram Business policies
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are provided per our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

CSquare360 is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
